Terms and Conditions

The purchase of sunglasses or optical frames for sale on the website www.ossunglasses.com is consequent to the stipulation of a sales contract between the User of the Website and the Company OS GROUP SRLS with registered office in Via Volte 24 – Gragnano (in the province of Naples), VAT number 09406451212, registered with the Chamber of Commerce of Naples, with REA number (economic-administrative directory) NA-1030140. The Company can always be contacted via e-mail at info@ossunglasses.com or by telephone, during office hours at +39 3472620878.

The sales contract is concluded on the website; it is a distance contract, that is the legal transaction concerning movable property, stipulated between the Company and the User in the context of a distance selling system organized by the Company which, for this contract, uses communication technology remotely called “Internet”. The purchase contract is concluded with the acceptance by the Company of the order placed by the User on the Site. The User’s order, being subject to the availability of the requested Product, as well as the place of delivery and other factors, constitutes the proposal that may be accepted or rejected by the Company at its sole discretion. The acceptance of the Company takes place through the order confirmation which is sent to the email address indicated by the User following receipt of the order. In case of Users’ non-receipt of the Order Confirmation, this last will be considered rejected by the Company - Subject, of course, to the possibility of an express refusal by any means (therefore also by ordinary email) by the Company.

By sending the purchase order through the Website, the User declares to have read these conditions of sale and payment and to accept them in full.

If the User is a final consumer (i.e., a natural person who buys the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity), once the sale is concluded he must provide for the conservation (by printing or saving an electronic copy) these Conditions of Sale and Conditions of Payment, as they will remain applicable to the purchase even if subsequently modified by the Company.

In fact, these Conditions of Sale, together with the Conditions of Payment and the Privacy Policy, may be updated or modified at any time by the Company which will communicate it according to times and methods that will be defined unilaterally by the same at its sole discretion.

The price of the Products, already indicated on the Website, will be confirmed in the Order Confirmation separately for each of the Products ordered. The Company reserves the right to confirm or modify the prices Products not available in stock at the time of the Order Confirmation based on the price lists in force, if different from those in force on the date of the order. The Order Confirmation will contain the image and the type of the Products ordered, the order number, the date and time of the order and the User’s data. In the event of temporary unavailability of the Products ordered, the

User will be promptly notified and will have the right to choose whether to complete the purchase or renounce it. The User undertakes to promptly notify the Company of any corrections to be made to their data. The data included in the Order Confirmation will be necessary for the delivery of the Products and to identify all communication between the User and the Company.

The image accompanying the Products may not be perfectly representative of their characteristics and may differ in colour and size.
